Characteristics: Generous fruit nuances, including blood orange and sloe, right from the beginning. Very ripe and powerful; dense and tightly woven with fine contours. Cool fruit - plum sets the tone –and ripe tannins, good length and plenty of age ability.
Food pairing: Leaves plenty of room for food pairing. Veal, duck and all types of venison match fabulously.
